Shipping, returns & fit
Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $99 or more; orders under $99 ship for a flat $7.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link by email. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Available sizes are listed on this page. Western boots can fit differently than sneakers - if you are between sizes, we recommend your true size or a half size down. Made from quality genuine leather. Natural grain and slight color variation are part of the character of real leather, not defects.
